The Block Panel Welding System is an advanced and robust solution designed for the efficient and precise welding of large panel structures.
It's a flexible welding solution for micro panels, webs and bulkheads. Depending on the throughput of the system, a single robot or multiple robots are suspended on a moving gantry. Gantry movements are synchronized with the robot, creating a large work area. The DIG block robot welding workstation adopts an offline simulation system, which can achieve vertical and horizontal crossing, patch welding, upward vertical welding and foot welding.
Our workstation ensures collision-free path planning and high-level adaptive welding, reducing the need for extensive manual oversight.
